About the Role

Haul Up is seeking motivated, reliable Independent Contractors to join our junk removal crew. Contractors help load, haul, and dispose of junk, furniture, appliances, and debris for residential and commercial clients. This role is ideal for individuals who want flexible schedules and reliable weekly payouts.

Responsibilities

Load and haul items safely (furniture, appliances, yard waste, debris).
Work alongside drivers and other crew members.
Follow safety standards on all jobsites.
Provide friendly customer interactions.
Keep equipment and work areas clean.

Requirements

Must be 18+ with valid ID.
Ability to lift 50–75 lbs repeatedly.
Reliable transportation to job sites.
Smartphone with data (for scheduling & job tracking).
Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude.

Payments & Payouts

Pay Rate: Contractors are paid per completed job/load (average $80–$150 per day depending on workload).
Tips: 100% of customer tips go directly to you.
Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses may apply.

Payout Schedule (via Melio)

Contractors are paid weekly (every Friday) through Melio.
Options:
- Free ACH transfer (1–3 business days).
- Same-day transfer (for a small Melio processing fee).
