Haul Up Service Liability Policy

Haul Up (“we,” “our,” or “us”) provides professional hauling, transport, and logistics services. While we take all reasonable precautions to protect your property, use our services at your own risk. This Service Liability Policy explains the limits of our responsibility for damages, losses, or delays.
1. Limited Liability
Haul Up is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
Our maximum liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
2. Property and Items
Customers are responsible for ensuring that items provided for hauling or transport are properly packaged, legal, and safe to handle.
Haul Up is not responsible for damage to pre-existing fragile, defective, or improperly packed items.
Hazardous materials, illegal items, or perishable goods transported without proper preparation are transported at the customer’s risk.
3. Service Delays
While Haul Up aims for timely service, we are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, equipment issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Claims
Any claims for damage or loss must be submitted in writing to Haul Up within 24 hours of service completion.
Claims must include proof of value or evidence of damage. Haul Up reserves the right to inspect items before approving any reimbursement.
5. Indemnification
By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Haul Up harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of laws, or breach of these policies.
6. Exceptions
Certain high-risk items (e.g., antiques, electronics, artwork) may require additional insurance or special handling.
Liability may also be limited if the customer fails to disclose relevant information about items being hauled or transported.
7. Acceptance of Risk
By using Haul Up services, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with transport, hauling, and logistics operations, and agree to these liability limitations.
